We want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review this Refund Policy before starting a return.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned

Opened, used, leaking after customer handling, contaminated, altered, or improperly stored scent and lure products are not returnable. Gift cards, clearance items marked final sale, and items damaged after delivery are also not returnable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, leaking on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible through /pages/contact. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

How to start a return

Contact Killer Whitetail Scents through /pages/contact before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order after your approved return is accepted.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
