Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is accepted. Processing times may vary during peak hunting seasons, holidays, severe weather, inventory transitions, or carrier delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses supported by our checkout and carriers. Some products may be restricted in certain areas. Customers are responsible for knowing and following all laws and regulations that apply to purchasing, receiving, possessing, and using hunting scent and lure products in their location.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, extra shipping charges, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Delivered packages

When a carrier marks a package delivered, risk of loss passes to the customer. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check the delivery area, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, neighbors, and carrier location before contacting us.

Damaged or leaking shipments

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or visibly mishandled, contact us promptly through /pages/contact. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box when possible so we can review the issue.

Lost or delayed shipments

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our direct control. If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help review the shipment information available to us.

Some natural scent, lure, attractant, or hunting-related products may be subject to location-specific rules. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the provided address.
