These Terms of Service apply to your use of killerwhitetailscents.com and purchases from Killer Whitetail Scents. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store terms

You may not use this site or its products for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for following all federal, state, and local laws and hunting regulations that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of scent, lure, attractant, scent-control, and hunting-related products.

Products and use

Killer Whitetail Scents sells hunting scent, lure, and scent-control products. Product descriptions, sizes, images, packaging, and availability may change without notice. During brand transition periods, products may arrive with original Kishel's branding or updated Killer Whitetail Scents branding. The product inside is part of the scent and lure line continued by Killer Whitetail Scents.

Use products only as directed on the label. Keep products away from children and pets. Do not ingest products. Some products may have strong natural odors and should be stored securely to prevent spills, leakage, or contamination.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain inaccurate information, violate applicable law, or involve unavailable inventory. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product, price, and inventory information, but errors may occur. We may correct errors and update or cancel affected orders when necessary.

Shipping

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier marks the package delivered.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because scent and lure products can be affected by opening, leakage, use, contamination, or storage conditions, opened or used products are generally not returnable unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Account and checkout information

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Intellectual property

Site content, product images, logos, designs, text, and graphics are owned by Killer Whitetail Scents or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
